You see, they are a rival photolab that just moved near us. And I plan on making fun of them as much as I can without causing trouble.

Woke up a bit hazy this morning and checked my account to see what's new.
I found 's journal post with the following questions to answer:

1. Why did you get a dA account, and what exactly do you want to get out of dA?
2. What form of art are you into/trying to get into?

Thought it might be nice to let people know more about me, so I decided to answer 'em.

1. Why did you get a dA account, and what exactly do you want to get out of dA?
Originally I opened an accout just so I could fav a bunch of work I really liked and maybe fool around posting funny pics. Over time I started getting into photography a bit more seriously. I got my first bridge camera (Sony DSC-H7) 2 years ago, and started experimenting. My first and current dSLR quickly followed. Now I'm a professional photographer, thanks to you.

1. Why did you get a dA account, and what exactly do you want to get out of dA?
2. What form of art are you into/trying to get into?
Honestly I can't make up my mind on this. Sometimes I really like landscape photography, other times I like portraits and street. I guess it depends on my mood.

3. What do you particularly like? (food/hobbies/sleeping/anything else?)
No favorite food (anything goes except fish). No real hobbies either. I don't have time as I work all day long. I'm looking forward to getting my motorcycle. (Kawasaki ER6-n 2008)

4. What languages do you speak?
I'm fluent in English and Hebrew. My native language is Romanian. I took a few German and Arabic classes in school. Hope to learn Japanese one day..

5. What is your country, and if you were born in a different country, where?
I was born on February 25th, 1989 in Bucharest, Romania. After the revolution ( [link] ) My parents and I moved to Israel where I spent most of my life. We moved back to Romania in 2005 and I've been living here ever since.

6. What do you believe makes you strong?
I believe that strong self-confidence makes me strong and able to keep walking straight when to weight on my shoulders gets heavier. I'm sure everything resolves itself eventually and I tend to think that no other way is better than right through a problem.

7. If you could change one thing about you, what would it be?
I'd change my inability to be a sociable person. I'm the dude that sits at a party when everyone else dances. I feel comfortable when I'm alone, surrounded by peace and quiet. But it's not what I want..

8. What is your current occupation?
Lab tech at Modern Photography and occasional photographer.

9. Anything else you think would make me know you better that my daft questions have missed out.

Sorry..no fireworks photos from me this year...

The whole shoot was absolute SHIT...nothing worked right.

I was freezing. The focus was set to infinity but it didn't do the trick. My tripod is crooked. I don't have a remote so I had to try and use the shutter button...that didn't work out well. The exposure time was bad, the location was too far from any real action, there was a little bit of fog in the distance, the wind was blowing the wrong way for me, ISO was too high...

Just plain and simple SHIT.

I took a trip down to the black sea this weekend with some friends.
It was my first ever visit to the sea. I really liked it.
